Phillip Williams is the founder and owner of On Point Plumbing and Filtration LLC — a fully licensed North Carolina plumber and certified backflow specialist whose path to the trades is anything but ordinary.

A proud Scotland County native, Phillip earned a four-year degree in Athletic Training before spending over a decade as the Facility Director of a Medical Fitness Center. Surrounded daily by healthcare professionals, he developed a deep appreciation for the systems that keep people healthy and safe. It was that mindset that ignited his passion for plumbing — because clean water and reliable indoor plumbing aren't just conveniences, they're cornerstones of health.

A former college baseball player, Phillip brings the same discipline, precision, and team-first attitude from the diamond to every job he takes on. His wife is a registered nurse, and together they share a commitment to service that is woven into everything On Point does.

When he's not on a job site, you'll likely find Phillip alongside his Vizsla, Aggie — the loyal, high-energy companion who inspired the company's mascot and perfectly captures the On Point spirit: always moving, always focused, and fiercely dedicated to the people she loves.
